Chris Welling graduated from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. He has over 20 years of construction experience, in commercial, high end luxury custom homes, and equestrian estates. Our boutique company ensures close relationships with our clients and the highest quality workmenship in the industry.  Chris oversees each detail and phase of construction, completing dozens of multi-million dollar projects on both coasts of Florida, in every style of Architecture.
